Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• AED 25 for orders under AED 500
• Free delivery for orders AED 500 and above
• AED 35
• Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
• Same-day delivery availability is subject to courier capacity
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
• Flat rate: AED 75
• Flat rate: AED 150
Delivery times are estimates only. Kalvara Equestrian is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping charges.
